Pre-Treatment of The Coating
To provide conditions for subsequent coatings, removing all contaminants from the metal surface is necessary.
In conventional processes, abrasives or cleaning media used may remain on the surface or be carried over into the subsequent process steps. This can lead to coating defects, dust and particle inclusions, resulting in incorrect coatings.
