It can coordinate the complex path of motion/laser welding firing with up to 5 axes of linear and rotary motion, and the system ensures reliable weld joint overlap resulting in excellent sealing. In addition, tooling, optimized stage configuration, and innovative focal head mounting add value to the system’s functionality. These laser welders are ideal for assembling sensitive electronic packages such as implantable medical devices and semiconductors.
