The machine is built around continuous pipe and profile processing, with handling functions configured for the actual production mix.
Automatic continuous loading
Reduce repeated manual handling with a feeding structure configured for batch tube and profile production.
Multi-profile adaptability
Prepare round, square, rectangular and suitable special-shaped profiles within the validated clamping range.
1–15 kW power range
Select laser output from the material, thickness, profile geometry, piercing demand and target throughput.
Coordinated chuck and support
Match chuck arrangement, following supports and unloading method to profile geometry, length and weight.
High-volume cycle design
Use automatic loading and programmed cutting to shorten non-cutting time across repeat production orders.
Expandable automation
Add intelligent feeding, finished-part sorting or production-line interfaces according to workshop requirements.
03 / Machine details
Chuck, cutting head
and tube software.
The delivered chuck, support, cutting head and software configuration can vary with the tube range, laser power and automation scope.
Pneumatic tube chuck
The chuck centers and rotates the tube for programmed profile cutting; final jaw and chuck arrangement is selected for the workpiece range.
Fiber laser cutting head
The cutting head is matched to the selected laser source, focus strategy, material and wall-thickness range.
Tube cutting software
The control workflow supports profile programming, path preparation and coordinated machine operation.

07 / Common questions
Before you automate
tube loading and cutting.
Confirm the entire tube family and handling cycle before locking the machine configuration.
What makes this machine automatic?
The system is configured with automatic feeding so tubes can be loaded into the cutting cycle with less repeated manual handling. Loading buffer, sorting and line-integration scope should be confirmed for the project.
Can it cut round, square and rectangular tubes?
Yes, the product is positioned for round, square, rectangular and suitable special-shaped profiles. Confirm exact dimensions, wall thicknesses, straightness, lengths, weights and clamping requirements before quotation.
How should I select the 1–15 kW laser power?
Use the material, maximum and typical wall thickness, profile geometry, piercing demand, assist gas, edge quality and target output. The highest power is not automatically the best choice.
Can special-shaped profiles be loaded automatically?
It depends on the profile geometry, orientation consistency, bundle condition and feeding design. Representative samples and drawings are required to validate automatic loading.
Can the system connect to an automatic production line?
Intelligent feeding, sorting and line interfaces can be configured. Define the upstream material supply, downstream part handling, signals and responsibility boundary in the technical agreement.
What specifications still need confirmation?
Confirm tube range, usable length, tube weight, loading bundle, chuck and supports, tailing strategy, discharge, sorting, axis performance, laser source, cutting head, CNC, extraction, utilities, dimensions and weight.
What should I send for a recommendation?
Send representative drawings, material grades, profile shapes and dimensions, wall thicknesses, lengths, weights, batch quantities, cycle target, acceptance criteria and available factory space.
